Various sightings have been reported of a Greek man on our weekend TEFL courses. This man seems to travel under various names such as Kostas, Costos, #!?&&??, and has been appearing as a student on some of the weekend courses. In order to help us find out more about him please report any sightings in this forum. It is advisable you follow this link to view the latest video evidence as to the identity of 'Kostas'

As far back as last November when I was on the Dundee course Kostas was up to his course gatecrashing antics.
He seemed to be hellbent on making lessons as difficult as possible for the emergent teachers on the course, with his deadpan, blunt responses to questions and overwhelming urge to regale everyone with details of his steamy nights at the "boogie disco"!
Keeping order in the class was very difficult at times because of his presence and unfortunately a few class members were reduced to hysterics on occasions. Order was only restored when Joe, our tutor, thankfully took over again.... you have been warned!

I like Kostas, maby we could get a discount from him to stay at his hotel. I wouldn't minde meeting his brother, as his ayebrows are giving me weak knees.

Clearly I'm missing something...you are obviously taking the mickey but I'm not seeing why? If its a private joke amongst a class or something...send it to the relevant people and not others who are not in on the joke!??????

Hi Guest
It's just a bit of fun. Kostas has appeared on quite a few courses and is likely to appear on quite a few more. But he doesn't appear on every course and obviously didn't appear on yours, sorry.

In Aberdeen last weekend, it was reported that Kostas got really confused when someone said the best way to get rid of his grey hair was to diet.

Kostas seemed to have dubious ideas of a healthy lifestyle at last week's Aberdeen course, including his proclamation of the health benefits of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and lots of pizza. Fun task for a teacher to enter a discussion with someone so adamant about such a topic. Interesting ideas on the role of women also...So as you can see, clearly a well-rounded, intelligent, insightful young boy! you have been warned...
