Where is it based?

Japan is a land of wonder in Far East Asia.  It is both one of the most technologically advanced and modern countries in the world, and also one of the countries with the longest history.  Places such as Tokyo, Mount Fuji and Japan’s many castles are famous all over the world.  TEFL gives you the opportunity to live near these places, and experience Japanese culture in a unique way.

These positions are located in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.  These are three very large cities, Tokyo being the nation’s capital and one of the largest cities in the world as well as home to famous attractions such as the Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Imperial Palace.  Osaka features a very large port, and a major airport built entirely on an artificial island.  Nagoya also has a large port and features the amazing Nagoya Castle.  Whether you work in any of these cities, you will have a fantastic time teaching in Japan!

What you need to know:

• Post location: Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya
• Length of contract? 6 months or 12 months

• Wages: 1500 - 2200 yen per lesson

What do these TEFL positions in Japan entail?
