Where is it based?

Slovakia is a small country in the heart of Europe, with a long history and beautiful landscapes.  The country has been in the middle of many famous empires such as that of Hungary and Austria, and as such has some fascinating castles such as Spis Castle, which the largest in Europe.  The country is also home to one of the largest cave systems in the world, covering over 20km.

The capital, Bratislava, has been a major city in Central Europe for nearly a 1000 years.  The city is now a beautiful modern city, being large enough to have many things to see and do, but still small enough so that you get to know it.  Famous landmarks include Bratislava Castle which sits perched 85m above the Danube River that flows through the city.  Another place that you should visit whilst teaching is the UFO restaurant, a flying-saucer shaped eatery on top of the Novy Most Bridge's pylon.  It is truly a sight to behold!  Bratislava is a wonderful city, so apply today for the chance to teach there!

What do these TEFL positions in Slovakia entail?
