Summer TEFL Jobs in Italy
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker
- TEFL Scotland certificate
These positions are full for Summer 2011. Check back later in the year for Summer 2012 vacancies.
TEFL Scotland is currently recruiting English teachers for summer TEFL jobs in Italy.
You would be working for a non-profit organisation that runs summer camps in several locations in Italy. The camps teach English to children aged 6 – 14 in fun interactive lessons with games, songs and activities.
All materials are provided, plus a five day training course in the camp’s lesson style. You do not need to know Italian for this position, though any ability in it would be useful. You should be keen to work with children and happy managing outdoor activities.
Summer camps are a great opportunity to gain valuable TEFL experience in a fun setting. They are perfect for TEFL teachers who want to work without committing to a year long contract. This would also be a great chance to fund a trip through Europe by teaching in Italy for a few weeks and then travelling afterwards.
