These TEFL jobs in Ecuador are located about five minutes from Puyo, Pastaza. Puyo is the capital of Pastaza region and has a humid and warm climate. The school currently provides English classes for children up to 10 years old. Therefore, you must be interested in working with young people, and previous experience of this would be beneficial. This would be well-suited to someone who is self-motivated and looking for adventure and new experiences in this fantastic country. An introductory level of Spanish would be helpful however there are many opportunities for lessons. The salary is high at $420 per month, the average daily income in this part being around $10 per day. You will live comfortably off this income, for example, renting a room is likely to cost between $40-70 per month and a two-course meal with juice, around $2!
