Job Description
For the position of TEFL Sales advisor
TEFL Scotland is an exciting, forward thinking, award-winning TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) training organisation providing online and classroom TEFL courses throughout Scotland, England and, most recently, Wales. Our courses are for those who want to learn how to teach English abroad. We are a small and dynamic company, dependent on providing great customer service.
The majority of our sales, marketing and work is online and, to all intents and purposes, we are a thriving online business. We operate across four sites www.TEFLscotland.co.uk, www.TEFLengland.co.uk, www.TEFLwales.co.uk and www.onlineTEFLcourses.com.
The role would suit someone who is driven by sales, great customer service and is ambitious to succeed. Because we are a small office, you will from time to time have to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into a bit of marketing and operations.
The role will involve:
• Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and advise and sell courses and additional products accordingly
• Proactively follow up on all sales leads and opportunities both by email and phone
• Work to and exceed targets as set by management

Requirements
1. Sales experience preferred
2. Travel, or even TEFL experience preferred, but not essential
3. High standard of written English

Other details
Salary: £12,000 + commission on sales

Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm + Saturdays on a rotation basis
